ABOUT TABEA

I’m a seasoned transformation expert and serial entrepreneur. My journey began with a vision to elevate workplace diversity and inclusion, propelling me to the role of Chairperson for the Commission of Employment Equity from 2015 - 2024.

With over 2 decades spent reshaping the landscape of transformation in corporate companies, I’ve committed my career to turning policy into action. From fostering Affirmative Action to advancing sustainable business practices, I’m passionate about bridging the gap between compliance and genuine transformation.

I collaborate with businesses to weave economic inclusion into their fabric, creating opportunities that extend beyond mere BBBEE-A compliance.

I recently completed my hard-earned PhD in Employment Equity and Conscious Capitalism, This journey was challenging (and sometimes gruelling) yet through this pursuit, I’ve cultivated a deeper understanding of how diversity enhances business health.

My approach goes beyond ticking boxes. I'm driven by my burning passion to create work environments that thrive on diversity, where every employee feels valued and empowered.

Join me in transforming theoretical knowledge into actionable strategies and overcome the barriers that hinder you from excelling in your role as a transformation exec.
